Best Bacon Baked Chicken
    • 3-4thin boneless chicken breastspreferably organic or all natural
    • 1/4cup coconut oil or olive oil
    • 1/2tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2tsp salt
    • 1/4tsp pepper
    • 1/2tsp paprikaoptional
    • 7-8strips baconuncured, no nitrates, no hormones/antibiotic
    • 6-8sprigs asparagus
    1. Preheat over to 425 degrees.
    2. If chicken breasts are too think, slice them in half to make thinner slices
    3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place chicken breast strips
    4. Brush chicken breasts with chosen oil on both sides
    5. In a small bowl, mix all seasoning. Season each chicken strip on all sides
    6. Place 2 asparagus sprigs in the middle of each chicken breast
    7. Fold chicken breast around asparagus sprigs and wrap each chicken breast with a strip of bacon or two. Hold together with a toothpick if necessary
    8. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink
