• 2 whole wheat tortilla
    • 1 handful white cheddar cheeseorganic preferably
    • 2-3 organic ham cut into small squaresantibiotic and hormone free
    • 1 chopped basil leaf
    1. Heat a medium size pan on low-to-medium heat for about 1 minute. Place 1 tortilla on the pan
    2. Sprinkle cheese and let it sit until slightly melted (about 20 secs)
    3. Add ham and basil by spreading it on top of the cheese
    4. Place 2nd tortilla on top
    5. After about 10 secs flip over and let it sit for about another 10 secs
    6. Remove from heat and place on a plate. Cut into triangles and serve
