      Ingredients
      • 4-5 lb chuck roast
      • 1 stick salted organic butter
      • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
      • 1/8 tsp black pepper
      • 1/4 tsp onion powder
      • 1/8 tsp celery seed
      • 1/8 tsp paprika
      • 1/4 cup dried parsley
      • 1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
      • 2 tsp dried chives
      • 3 tsp dried dill
      • 2 tsp sea salt
      Servings:
      Instructions
      1. Add olive oil to a large pan on high temp.
      2. In the meantime dry beef with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Add to hot skillet.
      3. Sear each side for about 2-3 minutes
      4. On a medium size bowl, mix all dry spices, set aside.
      5. Transfer meat to slow cooker. Sprinkle herb mix over beef. Top with a stick of butter.
      6. Add 1/4 cup beef broth around the beef.
      7. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. And voila! dinner served.
