      Ingredients
      • 1.5 cups fresh orange juice
      • 1-2 tbsp chia
      • 1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries or a combination of berries
      • 2 large frozen bananas freeze bananas the night before, preferably very ripe bananas
      • 2 tbsp raw honey
      • 1 cup ice

      1. Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed above; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
